Avanti Physiotherapy Seminars
The club has organised two nights when Avanti’s Physiotherapist Frank Furfaro will present information seminars on common softball injuries and how to care and rehabilitate them as well as joint strapping.

Although we understand the notice is short, we felt this was too good an opportunity to pass up for our members! Frank and the team at Avanti will also be providing further benefits on game days for those who are able to attend the seminars, as well as additional benefits and discounts for all of our members.

Pizza dinner from Trigg Pizza will be available on the night.
$10 for half a large “traditional menu” pizza ($12 for Gluten Free option)
Pizza orders are to be selected and paid for before 6.15pm on the night so they can be ready at the end of the presentation.

When: Monday 20th November and Wednesday 22nd November
Where: Birralee clubrooms
Time: 6 – 7pm with the option of dinner afterwards.
